Monthly Guidelines

1. Monthly rate includes your immediate family only! (A. you B. your spouse C. your children D. their spouses E. and all grandchildren) or up to 5 people if no immediate family. Please submit your list to office. Any other guests pay the daily rate of $12.00 (plus tax) per person per day.

2. We offer either monthly, weekly, or daily campsite rates. Should you leave before your month is up, then weekly or nightly rates apply. Should you stay over your month, then same rates apply. Rent is due on due date each month. ($55.00 late fee if 6 or more days late)

3. All monthly campers are required to wear wristbands each weekend during their stay. Wristbands must be picked up in the office on each Friday during your stay.

4. All monthlies are required to keep their sites neat and tidy at all times. STRICTLY ENFORCED! No units over 10 years old allowed if staying more than 1 month.

.....A. No pallet walkways (any walkways must be approved by manager).

.....B .  Minimal outdoor plants, “NO GARDENS”!

.....C. Site must be raked and maintained! (Do not blow or rake leaves on to adjacent sites

.....or into the roadway!)

.....D.  Keep site clear of all trash at all times! (Take pride in your site!)

.....E. No items that are not camping related can be stored on site or under RV unit. (No .....construction materials of any sort are allowed on site!)

5. No outside refrigerators or freezers allowed!

6. NO JUNK CARS! (Limit 2 cars per site.)

7. Only camping lawn furniture allowed, no other.

8. No driving through or parking on other campsites.

9. Keep all personal property within your boundary lines.

10. No clotheslines allowed!

11. SPEED LIMIT IS 5MPH! STRICTLY ENFORCED!

12. MUST keep campers clean and washed.

13. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am. (However, music & noise is "for your ears only, even outside of quiet hour" at all times.) 

14. No driving nails in trees or on LOP structures.

15. Due to pre-booked reservations, your site is ONLY guaranteed for the time that it is paid for in full. Therefore, you may be subject to move periodically should you lengthen your stay.

16. Pets must be on a leash or penned up at all times! STRICTLY ENFORCED! No noisy or dangerous pets allowed! Please clean up after them! (No dog pens allowed!)

17. No firearms or weapons of any kind allowed!

18. No cutting of trees or shrubs anywhere, including adjacent property!

19. Place all (bagged only) garbage by roadside for pickup. DO NOT THROW ANYTHING IN DUMPSTER, EVER!

20. No Soliciting!

21. No unlicensed drivers in any and all motorized vehicles (including golf carts).

22. It is your responsibility to make sure all of your guests follow all rules and guidelines.

23. Screen rooms are allowed as long as they are not closed in with tarps, etc. and not used for storing any items other than picnic tables. (Must be see-through!) Cannot be used as a shed!
